Hi, I'm mathilde

Since we already made a Fresh Bay Leaf Gimlet (check out my other reels for the ingredients and how to!), it’s fitting to do a new mocktail spin on it with cucumber! Sometimes cucumbers don’t do it for me, but in THIS drink—- the fresh Lime Juice and Simple Syrup really uplifted the cucumber, while it gave a refreshing taste. I didn’t double strain, but I strongly suggest you do before serving to avoid the tiny muddled bits!

The Virgin Cucumber Gimlet made me want to start eating healthy The perfect food pairing with this refreshing drink would be fresh fruit and delicious French toast.

Here’s what you need to make your Virgin Cucumber Gimlet

  • 1.5 oz Club Soda/Sparkling (I used @topochicousa carbonated mineral water)
  • 4-5 slices of Muddled Cucumber
  • 1 oz fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup

Now here’s how to make it…

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain and serve in a rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a rolled cucumber slice or a classic cucumber slice ✨

Want to make this mocktail into a cocktail? Stay true the Gimlet by adding in 2 oz of your favorite gin
