Hi, I'm mathilde

It’s time to break out the rum! A reshape inspired by @SteveTheBartender — The Salty Bird was originated by Lauren Schell of The Everleigh in Australia. Also a former bartender of iconic bars, Milky & Honey and Little Branch. This is a Jungle Bird, Tiki inspired cocktail that’s perfect for a smokey, savory (yet sweet) treat with friends

Here’s what you need to make The Salty Bird:

  • 1.5 oz White Rum
  • 3/4 oz Campari
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Garnish: Pineapple Wheel and/or Fresh Mint

Now here’s how to make it…

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake. Strain into a highball glass. Garnish with your Pineapple Wheel and/or Fresh Mint.

Be sure to tag @drunknightin on Instagram, Tiktok and/or Pinterest so I can see your creation when you make this delicious drink!
