Hi, I'm mathilde

If you’re looking for something refreshing, citrusy, and not too sweet— I decided to make a riff on a completely underrated cocktail that I’d think you’ll love!

Meet Jazzmín [pronounced yah-MEEN]. She’s got the same sassy citrus punch as her hermana (sister), The Jasmine, but trades the genteel gin for tasty tequila. This is the perfect refresher when you’re looking for something new to have at your next ‘drunk night in’

If you’re in the mood for The Jasmine, keep this recipe but swap the Tequila for Gin and the Lime for Lemon

Here’s what you need to make La Jazzmín

  • 1.5 oz Tequila
  • 3/4 oz Campari
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Triple Sec/Cointreau
  • Garnish: Lime Twist or Wheel

Now here’s how to make it…

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with your Lime Twist/Wheel.

Be sure to tag @drunknightin on Instagram, Tiktok and/or Pinterest so I can see your creation when you make this delicious drink!
