I travelled over the weekend to help my mom out with recovery from back surgery. I thought to make recovery fun and make a mocktail for her. The Ginger and Mint helps relieve nausea and makes you feel better. To make this a cocktail, don’t be afraid to add 2 oz of your favorite rum!
Here’s what you need to make your Ginger Mojito Mocktail
- 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Ice Cubes
- 4 teaspoons Pure Cane Sugar
- 8 oz Ginger Ale
- 3 oz Club Soda
Now here’s how to make it…
In a tall glass, muddle together the Mint Leaves and Lime Juice. Add the Pure Cane Sugar and fill the glass with Ice Cubes. Add the Ginger Ale and Club Soda and stir well.
Garnish the mocktail with mint leaves and a lime wedge before serving (optional).
