Hi, I'm mathilde

Bump up your Galentine’s Day brunch with one of my favorite Aperol cocktails

When I want to shake up my brunch cocktails from the usual mimosa or basically any tequila based drink, I like to choose Aperol. Vibrantly orange and delightfully aerated, the Italian bitter apértif, Aperol, would go perfectly with your Galentine’s Day brunch or even with your appetizerCheck out below on how to make this simple, naughty yet nice Aperol cocktail

Here’s what you need to your Archangel

  • 2 1/4 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Aperol
  • 2-3 Cucumber Slices

Now here’s how to make it…

Muddle Cucumber Slices in glass, then add Gin and Aperol with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a Cucumber Peel.

Be sure to save this post so you can make this cocktail later. If you made a variation of this cocktail let me know how you would modify it!
