Creating cocktails has taken over my adult life. I started creating drinks when I was 18 years old as a side hustle, while being a full time college student. After graduating college and working professionally behind the bar, I realize that the usual casual drinker would rely on their old favorites and not expand to sophisticated spirits and cocktails.
It’s with this experience in my back pocket that I noticed I can make the “behind the bar tips and tricks” easy for the ‘at home drink enthusiast’.
I also noticed something... People who usually like to try recipes from popular (and niche) food sites, or try to mimic their favorite Starbucks order at home, aren’t making and experimenting cocktails and mocktails at the same level as making an “at home frap”
