Hi, I'm mathilde

inspired by the impeccable @isolated_bartender

The classic Gin and Tonic… But make it colorful! You can definitely see that I heavy poured on the OJ — but that’s just how I like it I love practicing layering techniques while creating. It adds dimension to cocktails and even surprises the drinker with additional flavors.

I forgot to add ice ‍♀️ But, I added in a few more lemon slices and muddled them before I poured in my Grenadine and Empress Gin:)

Here’s what you need to make your a Colorful G&T

  • 2 oz Empress Gin
  • 4 oz Tonic Water
  • 1/2 oz Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Grenadine

Now here’s how to make it…

Add ice to your drink. Pour Tonic Water and Orange Juice into your favorite drinking glass. Do NOT stir! Gently pour in your Grenadine. Now top it gently with Empress Gin. Garnish with lemon slice

P.S. Please don’t mind my windows, it’s been raining and snowing all week. Be sure to save this post so you can make this cocktail later. If you make a variation of this cocktail let me know how you modified it!
